Shipping policy

Fuel Surcharge due to the Middle East War, affecting shipping costs.

All of the shipping services we use, including Australia Post, FedEx and DHL, have recently increased their fuel surcharges. An example is from 5.2% in March to 12% in April, and will now move to 19.5% in June.

Unfortunately, these surcharges, in some cases, have had to be passed on .

Under normal circumstances:

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order and will be delivered by Australia Post or International services, ensuring your parcels are safe every step of the way. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

You can track your delivery using the tracking code we email you once we have lodged it.

Shipping times, once order is processed is depend on location; all times are business days:

  • Australia = 3-5 days
  • United State of America = 5-7 days
  • Canada = 5-9 days
  • Germany = 6-9 days
  • Hong Kong = 4-7 days
  • Japan = 4-7 days
  • Malaysia = 5-8 days
  • New Zealand = 4-7 days
  • Singapore = 4-7 days
  • Not listed above = 7+ days

Delayed Shipping:

Delayed shipping occurs very rarely when we run out of stock. If this is the case, shipping may be delayed by up to 10 working days. 

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred upon shipment to your destination country. Fridge Friend is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@fridgefriend.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
